You are requesting a Cal 1 Card Debit Account balance check for a Guest Card. You must provide the ID number and code EXACTLY as they appear on the back of Cal 1 Card Guest Card.

The ID number is the nine digit number on the bottom left.
The code is the 8 character code on the bottom right.
